The Rumblefish Experience

Rumblefish Charters offers both deep sea and bay fishing experiences out of Bayonne, New Jersey, giving you the flexibility to fish local waters or head offshore in pursuit of bigger game. Whether you’re staying in the back bays or making a run to the ocean, every trip is built around the conditions, the season, and what you’re looking to catch. Our 30-foot center console is equipped to handle a variety of fishing styles while providing a safe, comfortable ride for your group.

We also take pride in offering custom rods, jigs, and rod holders, built with the same attention to detail we bring to every trip. From the gear you use to the experience on the water, everything is designed to give you the best possible shot at success. Built with performance and practicality in mind, the Rumblefish is ready for everything from relaxed trips to full days chasing bigger game.

You’re welcome to bring your own gear, but we also offer custom rods, jigs, and setups designed specifically for these waters. Our equipment is selected based on what you’re targeting and current conditions, giving you the right setup for the best chance at success. From the rigs to the tackle, everything is prepared so you can focus on fishing.

Safety is always a priority, with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED, so you can focus on enjoying the experience while he handles the rest.

Captain Ed Zaleck is a lifelong fisherman with over 50 years of experience on the back bays, inshore, and offshore waters of Northern New Jersey. His passion for the water started early, purchasing his first boat at just 14 years old and has only grown stronger with time. Having spent decades learning these waters, he knows how to adapt to conditions and stay on the fish.

As a current holder of a 100 Ton Master Captain License, Captain Ed brings both experience and professionalism to every trip aboard the Rumblefish. Safety is always a priority, with certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED, so you can focus on enjoying the experience while he handles the rest.
